Cancellation of an order can be made within 12 hours of receiving the product; Conditions apply.
A payment Gateway charge of 2% will be levied on the cancellation of an order before its dispatch.
One-way shipping and Gateway charges will be charged on cancellation of the product after its dispatched but have not yet reached the customer.
Two-way shipping and Gateway charges will be charged on cancellation of the product once received by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
The amount will be refunded to the customer within 5-7 Business days from the same payment mode through which the payment has been made by the customer.
