INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When you choose to have your order shipped in any international location outside India, understand that you are now acting as an 'importer' and Cosmaty is the 'exporter'. As an importer, the recipient is responsible for the customs clearance of the package, whether it is shipped via International Priority Mail, International Post or FedEx International.

If there are any concerns regarding the importation of your package, the courier or customs will contact the recipient directly. The recipient is required to communicate with said party and provide any additional information or documentation they request. Failure to communicate & comply with the courier can result in the package being returned, destroyed or abandoned. Cosmaty is not responsible and the recipient is subjected to any additional fees &/or cost of package.

BULK ORDERS

For a bulk order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Customer should pay 75% of the payment of bulk orders in advance and 25% after the delivery. REFUND POLICY

The amount will be refunded to the customer within 5-7 Business days from the same payment mode through which the payment has been made by the customer. In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot and Contact us at support@cosmaty.in

Note: - Shipping charges will be deducted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order can be made within 12 hours of receiving the product; Conditions applied.

● Payment Gateway charge of 2% will be levied on cancellation of an order before its dispatch.

● One-way shipping and Gateway charges will be charged on cancellation of product after its dispatched but not yet reached the customer.

● Two-way shipping and Gateway charges will be charged on cancellation of product once received by the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY

We understand the importance of safeguarding your personal information and we have formulated a Privacy Policy, to ensure that your personal information is sufficiently protected. Your continued use of the Site implies that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. RETURN POLICY

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders received before 1:00pm IST will dispatch on the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 1:00pm IST will dispatch the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Note:

● The order will be delivered within 2-7 Business days in India.

● An International order will take 7-15 Business days to be delivered.
