RETURN POLICY

At Cosmaty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, our Return Policy offers you the flexibility to return or exchange eligible items. Please review the following guidelines to ensure that your return process goes smoothly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened condition and within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. Cosmetics that have been opened or used are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If the item is ineligible for return, we will notify you upon inspection.

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken / missing items) due to transit, a refund / exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return.

REFUND POLICY

The amount will be refunded to the customer within 5-7 Business days from the same payment mode through which the payment has been made by the customer. In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot and Contact us at support@cosmaty.in
